I wanted to represent my work as the Joyful Life Guide under the central pillars of:

- Movement
- Learning
- Joy

These 3 pillars are central to every part of my work and every session that I offer, including:

- Transformational Life Coaching
- Conscious Movement
- Wellbeing Advisory Services
- Holistic Education
- Yoga
- Tai Chi Qigong

In order to transform our lives, we need to move, learn and have fun!

🏊‍♂️ Dip #11 for Cancer Research UK 12 dips for Christmas!

Finally! The Surfers Against Sewage map was clear of 💩 sewage for Aberporth beach so Tomoko Holloway and I got into the sea!

😮 We have now raised a combined £205.49 for Cancer Research UK!
