✨ “The Energy of November”
November invites us to slow down. 🍂
It’s the in-between space — after the buzz of harvest, before the rush of Christmas. The light softens, the air cools, and nature quietly reminds us that rest is part of growth.
As a holistic health coach, I see November as a month of integration — taking what we’ve learned through the year and grounding it into our daily rhythm.
It’s a time to:
🌕 Nourish — with warming foods like roasted squash, pumpkin soup, and herbal teas.
🌬️ Reflect — on what feels aligned and what can be released before winter.
💤 Restore — through slower mornings, deeper sleep, and gentle movement.
You don’t need to sprint to the end of year finish line. November whispers: pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
Here’s your invitation — light a candle tonight, sip something warm, and ask yourself:
