🙃On your knees and not feeling able to make big changes?
1. Add white noise -it could be an easy win worth trying.
2.Add a book at bedtime-its a great way of adding structure and building a routine without adding stress of a big change.
3. Stop blaming yourself. This won't help. If you can be kind it makes a big difference.
