Christmas party part 2… as self employed people we decided to create our own version of Christmas celebrations. We chased waterfalls in the rain, found some fabulous moss - thanks for your inspiration, had a delicious meal in - fabulous service thank you girls. What a treat of a day with people I love.

Thank you everyone for coming to share the fun and games (literally) …

In my excitement I forgot to say two very special thanks to ANNIE and RHIANNON who have helped me so much with teaching cover this year. Jumping in to cover for illness and retreats. I REALLY APPRECIATE them as part of the Yogastarr crew.

It has been my pleasure to teach such wonderful humans in 2025. We have learnt, we have breathed, we have grown, we have giggled, we (mostly I) have muddled up our lefts and rights and our arms and legs but most of all we have supported each other and shared friendship and compassion as the Yogastarr community and I couldn’t be more grateful ❤️

A wonderful weekend of autumnal joy. We saw the earth in all of her glory; wet, wild, windy. We learnt about moss, rainbows, ancient trees. We danced in the rain and the brave swam in the lake. We pulled off a few yogic shapes and soaked in the sound bath. nourished us above and beyond every step of the way. When we live in a world of suffering and pain we keep the light alive by sharing in these moments of laughter, connection and belonging. I felt I was truly following my dharma and my yogic path.
