Walk-in flu jabs available in Inverness this month 💉

Did you know you might be eligible for a free flu vaccine even if you're under 65?

We're running drop-in clinics at Inverness Vaccination Centre (upper floor of the Eastgate Shopping Centre) on:

📅 Wednesday 17th December
📅 Friday 19th December
📅 Monday 22nd December
📅 Tuesday 23rd December
📅 Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve - open until 1pm only)

Clinics are open 10am to 4pm (closed 12.30 to 1pm).

No appointment needed & no ID required – just turn up!

You could be eligible if you:
✅ Have a long-term health condition like asthma, diabetes or a heart condition
✅ Are pregnant
✅ Are an unpaid carer
✅ Work in health or social care
✅ Fall into other eligible groups

Flu hits hard – last winter over 6,500 people in Scotland were hospitalised with it. Protect yourself this winter.

Relay to the Island Games!

Dr Carol Hogan, together with one of the new GPs Dr Natalya Kennedy, the Out of Hours ANP Annette MacKenzie and the pharmacist James Melville will be cycling or kayaking part of this route on Saturday 5th July to help raise awareness and funds for The Sandpiper Trust and RGPAS.

This event is open to everyone working
and living in communities. Be the first to
view two short films designed to raise
awareness of the impact of su***de and
reduce the stigma for those who are
bereaved by the su***de of a loved one, a
friend, a member of their community.

It's also an opportunity to find out more
and talk to local organisations like
Mikeysline, James Support Group, Change
Mental Health, NHS Public Health, Police
Scotland, Cruse Scotland and Education
services.
