Margo, Mary, Gary and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours, for the kind expressions of sympathy, heartfelt cards and flowers, and visits received after the recent sad passing of Alex. We have been overwhelmed with the support.

Sincere thanks toJohn, Paul and all at John Gilfillan Funeral Directors for their compassion, guidance and support every step through this very difficult time; for playing my dad singing at the cemetery❤️ and for covering us with umbrellas on such a wet day. Special thanks to John for his beautiful and personal tribute.

With thanks to Father Franco for a beautiful service and to Janice for all of her guidance throughout and a special thanks to Michele, Arlene and all at Lochgelly Golf Club for their outstanding hospitality and catering.

Finally, we would like to thank everyone who attended the service at St Patrick’s RC Chapel to pay their final respects to Alex. The family were overwhelmed at the attendance. Our dad got such an amazing turn out which was very fitting for such a kind and selfless gentleman who would drop what he was doing to help anyone.
