I'm a certified nutrition coach, specialist fitness trainer, behaviour change specialist, life-coach and NLP practitioner. My back ground is in health around fitness and nutrition goals but I knew that surface level behaviour change wasn't enough for most people who struggled to turn up with other done for you plans they've tried in the past. I know that surface level behaviour change can feel tough and leave us feeling like a failure and full of guilt when we don't turn up to do the things on the list!! Our behaviours are often dictated by our STATE of mind in the moment. THOUGHT creates feelings which shape our beliefs and that dictates our behaviours (think of the difference in how we respond/react on a day that feels RUBBISH compared to a day where we feel full of the joys of Spring). I help women add back the 'full of the joys of Spring' feeling so they can reconnect to their TRUE self and live their life of passion and purpose.
