Ritual & Restore Join me for weekly classes in and around Lockerbie. Let's make looking after ourselves a daily Ritual, to Restore our bodies, our minds, our wellbeing.

My classes are open to all and I hope you enjoy them. I create new sequences every week that have a purpose and focus to different areas of the body and mind. I use a blend of hatha yoga with kundalini style yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and absolutely love the effect it has on my everyday mood, it keeps my mind clear and my body feels mobile and strong from my practice. There are so many benefits to yoga, that is why I am so passionate for you to join and try my classes, meet new people and discover a better version of yourself. Certified with British Wheel of Yoga Foundation, 390hr YTT Diploma 3, 200hr YTT Kundalini and100hr children YTT.

What is Yoga Sculpt?
Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic blend of yoga and Pilates. It’s a brilliant calorie burner, builds strength, and somehow manages to wake up muscles you didn’t even know you had—all while keeping things mindful and grounded.

Class times & locations
• 11:30am – Lockerbie, Dryfesdale Hall
• 5:45pm – Ecclefechan, Village Hall

I’ll be running two classes weekly from January, and you’ll find two booking plans below:
• AM-only bookings
• PM-only bookings

Please note:
• Classes are smaller than regular yoga classes due to equipment use
• 10 spaces available per class
• Please bring your own mat

Important details
• This offer is for January dates only and can’t be moved to other dates or times
• Normal class prices are £8 per class or £7 with a bundle
• If you’ve already booked Yoga Sculpt in January using credits, you can move those credits to another class or date and still purchase this offer

This is such a good way to reset, build strength, and start the year feeling powerful and supported.
