Developed in collaboration with Dr(Bridgette Wilson Dietitian), this resource dives into how diet and IBD interact, including an overview of the different IBD diets out there, a deeper dive into a few common ones, such as the Low FODMAP diet, and a breakdown of the latest nutrition guidelines by food group.
Alongside her insights, you can also watch our video series “Eating with IBD: Real Stories, Real Challenges” to hear from people living with and talk about topics such as navigating food triggers, reintroducing foods after flares, and redefining their relationship with food.
