Devotion or Attachment?

They say devotion is holy
but not all that bows is sacred.

In my Kundalini training, we spoke about devotion, and it reminded me of a woman I met recently, pouring her heart out for a man who does not truly claim her.

“I want to give him all my devotion he’s so wounded that if he could receive my devotion, it will heal him.”

But all I felt was her ache,
Because that isn’t devotion.
That’s attachment and wounding dressed as worship.

True devotion isn’t a rescue mission.
It’s a quiet flame that asks for nothing in return.
It loves without needing to be seen.
It heals without needing to fix.

When we love to be recognised, to be felt, or to mend another’s pain..
we’re loving from fear.

But when love moves through us as life itself..
we become devotion.

And that’s when love stops wounding…
and starts transforming.

Let devotion be through truth.

To the possibility of love that awakens both souls.

To depth that meets the Divine in another’s eyes.

To intimacy that feels like coming home.

Reprogram the Self. Return to “I AM.”

Your soul isn’t broken .. but your system may be running old code.
Patterns that came from trauma, not truth.

Between Two Worlds

When we breathe through the fear
when we stop rehearsing old endings, we begin to choose presence over protection.

This weekend I stepped into the next gateway of my Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and something ancient stirred in my bones.

🔥 Breath met body
🌿 Earth met energy
🌀 Sound met silence

This isn’t just a training, it’s a rewiring of the feminine nervous system.
A returning. A remembering.
A coming home to a power that is wild, wise, and undeniably real.

Deepest gratitude to Trish and the temple of radiant sisters walking this spiral beside me.

As the wheel turns and light meets dark, we return to the still point
a moment suspended in golden pause.
The Autumn Equinox .. a time of harvest, balance, gratitude… and reverence.

Each bottle of We Are One is more than perfume.
