January can be a funny time for everyone but young people may struggle just as much with going back to school, upcoming exams and more. Heres some tips!
-Make sure you have a balance of study and enjoyable time
-Spend time with pets, friends, family, if this is tricky look into local youth clubs or sports clubs
-Try out some yoga or mindfulness- simple workouts on you tube!
-Get some vitamin D in the form of a capsule or food and dont forget dairy as bones may struggle a bit in winter at times
-Dont worry if you feel you want more sleep, its normal :-)
-Do things you enjoy and try something new
-Finally get some support if you need it :-)
