Supporting Conception Through Healing💫
Trying to conceive can be one of the most emotional and vulnerable journeys a woman experiences.
Hope, fear, grief, expectation and pressure often live quietly in the body, even when we try to stay positive 🤍
Energy healing doesn’t replace medical care, but it can beautifully support a woman on her conception journey by working with the emotional, energetic and nervous system layers of the body.
💫How healing may support conception:
🌿 Calming the nervous system
Stress and overwhelm can keep the body in survival mode. Healing helps the body relax, creating a sense of safety, an important foundation for conception.
After having a miscarriage at the age of 16, I had my own concerns that maybe the same outcome would repeat itself, if and when I became pregnant again.
When I did became pregnant again at 19, I was over the moon and went on to have a healthy, happy and grateful pregnancy, which resulted in my husband and I having our first child. I also believe that our positive thoughts and feelings can aid us to manifest the outcome of a situation that we would like to bring into our reality.
🌿 Emotional release
Past losses, disappointment, fear or self-blame can be held energetically. Healing offers a safe space to gently release emotions that may be stored in the womb and heart space.
🌿 Balancing the sacral & womb energy
The sacral chakra is connected to creativity, femininity and reproduction. Healing can help restore flow and connection to this sacred centre.
🌿 Reconnecting with trust and intuition
Healing supports a woman in reconnecting with her body, intuition and inner wisdom, helping her feel more aligned, grounded and supported on her journey.
🌿 Creating space
Sometimes healing isn’t about “doing more”, but about softening, surrendering and allowing the body to find its natural rhythm.
Every journey is unique.
Every body holds its own story.
Healing meets you exactly where you are💚
💫If you are navigating fertility, conception or emotional support around this journey, I would be honoured to hold space for you ✨
