I’m holding a beautiful mini healing retreat on the 2nd August to raise money for a family that I’ve gotten to know in Gaza.

Mohammed has been risking his life in order to provide food for his family, and with aid from trusted organisations like Medical Aid for Palestine & UNWRA not being able to cross the borders, this fundraiser is a direct way that you can make a huge difference to a family in Gaza, whilst also supporting your own heart, body & soul 💜

⟁ Solar Eclipses illuminate where we are holding ourselves back from living fully in our truth & our authenticity, they support new beginnings & biiig shifts 🔥��⟁ With this Solar Eclipse happening in watery Pisces, the energies of spiritual growth & awakening, energetic & emotional release are coming through strongly�
⟁ We also have Venus & Mercury in retrograde, with Saturn & Neptune all currently swimming around in Pisces too - this feels like big restructuring around our relationships to ourselves & the way we relate to the world around us, and the support for cathartic release around any attachments to ways of being, beliefs & imprints that are no longer supportive of your growth & journey

⟁ On the 31st of December, my beautiful Yiayia Eleni left the physical realm & joined my Papou Noni in Spirit, & my heart broke open once more ⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ Loosing a loved one never gets easier, & my grief has floored me and sent me into bouts of depression, with my nervous system in pieces on some days ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ But it always reminds me of how transient life is, and shows me where I am holding myself back from actually living it in its fullness⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ As I sat with my grief, my broken heart, I started seeing flashes of the experiences my grandparents had, and was reminded of how much they had overcome in their lifetimes, how much they had moved through, the blind leaps of faith they had taken, with nothing promised or certain - and it showed me where I am playing it safe, letting fear take the driving wheel, and not listening to the pulls of my heart & my soul ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ This message then came through:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I will make of my life⁣⁣
An offering ⁣⁣
To the ones ⁣⁣
Who have come before me ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⟁ We often forget how much it takes for our souls to incarnate on this earth, and in that moment I was reminded that life is a gift⁣ 🌻⁣

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. ⁣⁣
If you get a chance - take it. ⁣⁣

⟁ Today is World Sound Healing Day, so to celebrate, here’s a mini alchemy sound healing for you - give it a save so you can come back to it whenever you need to ⁣🪷

⟁ Sound has been one of my greatest healers; I’ve always been a massive music nerd, ever since I can remember, and when I first encountered the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls around 7 years ago, they literally changed my life! ⁣
⁣
⟁ I dreamt of these beautiful healing beings for a year until I finally listened to the call, and when I played my first singing bowl on my first ever sound healing training, I felt my grandmother & my ancestors come through and fill up the room with their energy, and heard a loud, reverberating ‘home’, and burst into tears⁣
⁣
⟁ It was during my first training that I saw myself working with sound in the pyramids and temples in Egypt (and beyonddd!) in past lives, too - and it really does feel like I’ve been working with this beautiful modality for lifetimes 🌀

⟁ Sound has the power to meet you exactly where you’re at, in softness, it has the power to inspire you and the power to heal you on a cellular level, it has the power to speed up your processing around anything you’re moving through, and it has the power to bring peace and support your soul as it transitions through the many deaths & rebirths that we all experience in our lifetimes ⁣🐦‍🔥
