Today Dudley and Haseen attended the Care Roadshows in Scotland! ☺️
A huge thank you to everyone who came to visit us throughout the day. It was great to connect with so many care professionals and hear how strongly people felt about the real difference Care Vision AI can make. We’re also proud that our system is fully ready to support care providers in Scotland and aligned with Scottish regulations.
The seminars throughout the day were incredibly insightful, and we were grateful to be part of such a fantastic event. The day opened with Dr Robert Kilgour, Founder of Renaissance Care, whose reflections on balancing the pressures of the sector while keeping people at the heart of care really resonated with us.
Later on we heard from Alan Povey (Public Services Delivery Scotland), Caroline Deane (Scottish Care), Lissa Di Giacomo (Oakminster Healthcare), Rachael Crook (Lifted), and William Murch (Borderless), who shared tips on how care providers can stay compliant and resilient within a complex regulatory environment.
In the afternoon, Dudley from our Team, was joined by David Wilson-Wynne (Dementia Services Development Centre), Julie Geddes (Oakminster Healthcare), Luke Danskin (HRM Homecare Services Ltd), and Lynsey Armstrong (HC-One Scotland), where they all shared practical approaches to enhancing the wellbeing of residents, whilst also maintaining high standards of care.
The Seminar with Alison McKean (Alzheimer’s Scotland) and Dr Jenni Burton (University of Glasgow) spoke about how we can identify practical actions to reduce inequality and improve the care for those living with advanced dementia.
The day ended with David Marshall and Katy Jenks from Care Inspectorate, speaking on the realities of translating policy reform into operational change.
It was an inspiring day filled with valuable conversations, learning, and collaboration. Thank you again to everyone who stopped by to speak with us, and to all the speakers who shared such important insights.
