Yesterday, we celebrated the 101st birthday of our beloved Senior Ambassador at Hampstead Court. It was a joyful gathering filled with fun and laughter. We took a moment to reflect on the precious gift of each moment in life. 🎉✨

Yesterday we gathered with our residents for a fun and creative cupcake decorating session! Each resident decorated their own cupcake with their unique style, and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea together. It was a delightful mix of creativity, fun, and delicious treats!

Without boarding a plane or packing a bag, we took a delightful journey to Ireland today! 🍀 Thanks to our wonderful colleague, we explored Irish culture, traditions, music, and dance, and even savored homemade Irish bread. The residents had a fantastic time learning, laughing, and enjoying every moment. Sláinte!

Today, our residents enjoyed a blissful Ladies’ Relaxation & Spa Time. With soothing music in the background, they indulged in calming lavender oil hand massages by our practitioner, followed by refreshing face masks. The atmosphere was filled with positivity and serenity, leaving everyone feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. 💆‍♀️✨

Did you know we offer five energizing exercise sessions every week? Our residents enjoy a variety of workouts, staying active and strengthening their muscles. Their dedication to well-being is truly inspiring! 💪✨

One of our residents’ favorite activities is taking a ‘trip’ to different countries while comfortably sitting on their couches, enjoying their coffee or tea. Since our care home is so multicultural, one of our staff members shares about their home country, its culture, and traditional foods. They even wear traditional clothing if they have it! It’s fun, educational, and everyone has a great time. This photo captures a beautiful presentation about Romania by our dear Elena.

Today, we celebrated Saint Patrick’s Day with our residents, bringing together everyone, Irish and non-Irish alike. We had a fantastic time singing along to Irish tunes, discussing the significance of the day, and enjoying a fun quiz. Such a wonderful and memorable day for all! 🍀✨
