HELLO ALL!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted… well that’s because I up shipped from the big smoke with my not so little family to live in rural West Yorkshire! It’s been a whirlwind but by God has it been worth it!

Anywaysssss… it’s all happening here now… because I am BEYOND excited to be starting my pregnancy and postnatal YTT!

Who doesn’t love expanding their skills???!

And even better - knowing that it’s gonna be bringing so much light, joy and peace to so many mothers, babies, children and their partners.

After all; when one person practices yoga… those around that person also truly benefits too.

Watch this space… yoga retreats and regular weekly classes for Mamas (Papas) and their babbies coming 🔜.

Just love my latest marking!

This beautiful piece of art was created by the lovely .ink_

I was so afraid to get my first tattoo. Now here I am with my second and planning my third.

Marking the body is an ancient practice. Humans have been doing this for thousands of years.

Body modification oozes confidence, self expression and shines light on your identity.

It is so empowering and so freakin addictive!

For anyone still working up the courage to get one… DO IT!!! You’ll be so proud!

If you need more reasons to love your beautiful body… then this is one of them!

Love your skin! It is more than worthy.

Happy International Yoga Day!!!!

Just a few snaps from the last spring retreat!

It’s lovely looking back at these wonderful moments.

The energy in the beautiful studio in Southwest London was just incredible.

Still feeling all the good vibes from the Ignite Your Senses Retreat on Saturday morning !

I was honoured to share our sacred space with such beautiful souls.

There were beautiful flowers, candlelight, aromatherapy oils and we finished the retreat with the yummiest green juice and vegan brunch bites!

CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE…
