That’s the reality hundreds of global experts confronted at the 8th Scientific Summit on Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) held in Athens, Greece.

Gathering over 200 scientists, clinicians, and public health leaders from 51 countries, the Summit sent a strong, unified message: harm reduction is no longer optional—it must become a central strategy in public health.
