Tim/Nigel led a wonderful reminiscence talk that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. There were plenty of shared memories, heartfelt stories, and moments of laughter as familiar times and experiences were brought to life. The conversation flowed beautifully, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon, leaving everyone feeling connected and uplifted.

This morning, our residents took part in a delightful art session filled with creativity and colour. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed expressing themselves through painting and drawing, with plenty of laughter and conversation along the way. It was lovely to see such enthusiasm and talent on display, and the finished pieces were truly impressive!

This afternoon’s activity was all about Reminiscence through Old Spices. Everyone enjoyed exploring a wonderful selection of familiar scents, sparking lovely conversations and memories from years gone by. There was plenty of discussion about where each spice came from and how they were once used in the kitchen. The room was filled with delightful aromas and cheerful chatter throughout.

Mid-Week Buffet with Classical Music 🎶🍽️

What a delightful afternoon we had! Our residents thoroughly enjoyed a lovely mid-week buffet, complete with a wonderful selection of tasty dishes and the soothing sounds of classical music in the background. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, with plenty of smiles, conversation, and a real sense of togetherness. A perfect mid-week treat for all! 💛✨

We were delighted to welcome a therapy dog for a visit. Residents thoroughly enjoyed spending time with our furry visitor, sharing cuddles and smiles. It was a truly heart-warming experience that brightened everyone’s day.

The Gentlemen’s Club gathered for a laid-back game of poker. With plenty of friendly chat, a good few laughs, some soft drinks and crisps, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it was a delightful way to spend the morning together

A special Come Dine With Us evening filled with delicious food and wonderful entertainment. Guests were treated to a beautifully prepared meal, thoughtfully served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was an incredible live performance by a talented singer, whose voice brought smiles and joy to everyone in the room. It was a truly memorable experience, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the night from start to finish.
