Over 10 years of chronic bowel problems.
Hospital stays. Strong medications.

Christy was told she would need low-dose chemotherapy for the rest of her life to manage her ulcerative colitis. She was also told diet and lifestyle wouldn’t make much difference.

Before going down that route, she chose to try something else.

Using evidence-based nutrition science and functional testing, we focused on calming inflammation, strengthening her gut lining, supporting immune function, and applying targeted, research-backed interventions. 🔬✨

✔️ A short walk after eating makes a HUGE difference
✔️ Stress can spike your blood sugar (even without food)
✔️ Late or heavy dinners affect your overnight blood sugar
