On the 20th of March everything shifts. The spring equinox arrives and the sun enters Aries which is the start of the astrological new year.
🌞
Spring is one of my favourite seasons. The joy and anticipation that new beginnings bring. The sound of birds singing, blossom and magnolia in bloom, warm rays of sunshine on your skin, and the buds on the trees — gentle reminders of what is yet to blossom.

The Spring Equinox this Friday is a sacred turning point. A moment of balance between light and dark, and a celebration long associated with the goddess Ostara — a symbol of rebirth, awakening and new possibilities.

Nature is stirring. The earth is awakening, and so are you.
There is a quiet sense that something magical is waiting just around the corner… a feeling of hope, of expansion, of life returning.

It’s time to nurture your dreams, plant new intentions and allow your light to shine.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I honour the wisdom, power & rhythm of being a woman. 🌿✨

At My Soul Spa, my mission has always been to hold & create spaces where women can soften, exhale, & re connect with their inner world — beyond the noise, beyond the pressure, beyond the constant doing.
For too long, we’ve been taught to live in a linear world: always producing, always pushing, always “on.”
But we are not linear beings.
We are cyclical.
We are the ebb & flow of the moon.
We are the ever moving river.
We are the turning of the seasons.
We are creation, rest, release, & renewal.
May today be;
A remembering that our sensitivity is strength.
Our intuition is intelligence.
Our rest is productive.
Our cycles are sacred.

May every woman know safety.
May every woman know peace.
May every woman know she is a sacred gift to this world.

Our natural rhythms were never meant to be silenced.
