Transformation ✨
The climb was never just a climb.

It was the training ground — where I discovered my resilience, learned to trust the process, & kept going even when it felt impossible.

Every challenge, every setback, every step taught me something vital: that the healing journey isn’t about rushing to the top — it’s about sitting with all that is, learning to breathe, to pause, to listen to your intuition, & to trust the journey.

There came a moment when the climb became a portal — a passage from surviving to transforming.
Because I’ve walked through trauma, because I’ve met my own shadow & found light within it,
I feel called to share my learnings & hold space for other women as they rise through their own transformations.

As we step into the darker months, may we remember that the darkness is not a place to fear —
it’s a space for deep rest, reflection, transformation & rebirth.

A time to turn inward, to tend to our inner light, & to honour our own climb.

Through sound baths, Reiki, breathwork, retreats, corporate wellbeing, and bespoke 1:1 sessions,
