I am so excited to share my new event💗 The Rose Temple - A Candlelit Heart-Opening Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Ceremony🌹

🕯️ About the Ceremony
Step into a softly glowing sanctuary of candlelight & sacred sound, & allow yourself to be held in a deeply nurturing space of healing & renewal.

This heart-centred ceremony is an invitation to gently open, soften & reconnect — with yourself & with the special people in your life. Whether you attend alone, with a loved one, or in honour of your heart.

This special gathering takes place on Friday 13th, a sacred day traditionally associated with the Divine Feminine & the energy of the Goddess — a powerful time for intuition, heart healing, emotional release & rebirth. We will be consciously working with this nurturing, wise & loving energy throughout the evening.

We will begin by gathering & grounding in this sacred space, you will be guided through a gentle heart-opening meditation, allowing you to soften, release emotional weight & tune into the loving wisdom of your heart.

Followed by an immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to support the heart chakra and emotional body. The vibrations of sound work on a cellular level, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind and allowing the heart to open, heal and restore.

It invites us to soften.

Rather than leaping into resolutions, this is a time to ease yourself in — to quietly set intentions and listen inward. To feel what you truly need, instead of what you think you should want.

In nature, January is a season of deep wisdom.
The trees are not striving or forcing growth.

They are rooted, still, conserving energy beneath the surface.
What looks like rest is actually preparation.
And we are no different.
This is a month for grounding.
For going within.
For letting your nervous system settle after the noise of the year just passed.

✨ Thank you to everyone who came to Friday’s sound bath under the glorious Super Full Moon in Gemini🌕

We gathered together in community to take a sacred pause as the festive season begins to gains pace and we approach the Winter Solstice .

This sacred container created a beautiful place to plant the seeds of our intention, and to release all that no longer serves us, creating space for new energy and growth as we move towards a new year.

Coming together as a collective is always so special, I love hearing your reflections afterwards.
