Our Pilates flow class is a 45 minutes of non-stop Pilates moves - strength, mobility and cardio, all in one class.

Not suitable for Beginners.

Pilates is agréable according to one of my clients. Though not everybody might agree😂 Pilates builds up the body progressively in a relaxed way (no unnecessary tension) so no feeling of strain or stiffness as you learn how to strengthen and move your body effectively.

Mr Pilates created a very valid strengthening method—a different strengthening approach to lifting heavy weights.

What a year we’ve had! Such progress! Together we’ve built stronger, healthier bodies that move with confidence. Watching you grow has been very meaningful and satisfying to us.

Thank you for your commitment, for showing up week after week with such positive energy. The studio thrives because of you!

The studio is more than a place we meet to practice Pilates; we’ve build a community filled with energy, support and growth. We intend to keep this spirit going and organise more social events next year, so we can enjoy each other’s company more.
