A calming, heart-centred experience for parents and carers to connect deeply with their little ones. This gentle session blends the soothing energy of Reiki with the nurturing, heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao, creating a peaceful space for you both to relax and bond.

As a mother of two and a Reiki Master Teacher, I’m passionate about helping families understand the power of energetic connection. During this session, you’ll also learn the basics of how Reiki works, explore the 7 main chakras, and discover how tuning into your own energy can positively influence your baby’s sense of calm and connection.

You’ll also enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao — a delicious, nourishing alternative to hot chocolate or coffee — known for its gentle, uplifting and grounding qualities.

During a Reiki session, you’re invited to lie down in a calm, sacred space. I call in the sacred symbols and welcome any angelic energies that wish to support the healing. I gently scan the body, focusing on the seven main chakras, directing energy where it’s needed to rebalance, recharge, and restore. The intention is to create space for healing, alignment, and miracles in a safe, peaceful environment.

This month, I’ve opened a small number of Chakra Reading appointments — something I only offer once a year. These sessions are normally part of my Reiki and coaching packages, but for November, you can book one as a standalone experience.

During your session, we’ll explore the energy of your seven main chakras, identifying any areas that may be out of balance and offering intuitive guidance to support healing and alignment.

After your appointment, you’ll receive a written chakra reading by email — a personal reflection to help you continue your self-healing journey.
