The living power of the Dead Sea
The famous Dead Sea, on the surface of which you can really lie because of the density of salt water, is the most unique body of water on the planet. And not only because of its “unearthly” properties to keep on its water as on an elastic inflatable mattress. Its mineral salt rich in trace elements has a truly magical effect on the general condition of the body, fights skin problems, improves the structure of the skin and hair, accelerates blood circulation and metabolism, relieves fatigue of muscles and joints, and this is not a complete list of the wonderful properties of a unique natural product...
Where to look?
The Dead Sea is located on the territory of Israel and Jordan, in a huge tectonic depression formed millions of years ago as a result of a fracture of the earth's crust. It is located more than 400 meters below the level of the World Ocean – at the lowest point of the globe. In the southern part of the Dead Sea were the cities of S***m and Gomorrah, according to legend, burned by a fiery rain in Old Testament times. To the north of the Dead Sea is Jericho – one of the oldest cities in the world, not far from it is Kar El Yahud, where, according to Christian teaching, John the Baptist performed the rite of the baptism of Jesus.
Today, the Dead Sea is one of the most popular, but, unfortunately, disappearing, health resorts of the planet, where people come from all over the world every year to prevent and treat various diseases, strengthen and improve the body. The sea has been under the protection of international environmental protection for about 10 years, but the process of its drying continues, and the way to preserve the great treasure of the Earth remains unknown to modern scientists.

In the salty waters of the Dead Sea, about 50 billion tons of natural minerals of 21 types are dissolved, necessary for human life, whose geochemical properties cannot be reproduced artificially. 12 of its 21 minerals are not found in any other body of water on the planet in a similar concentration and quantity: MgCl2 – 26-32%, KCl – 20-24%, NaCl – 5-10%, CaCl2 – 0.1-0.5%, H2O – 35-40%, K+ – 10.49–12.59%, Mg2+ – 6.64-8.17%, Na+ – 1.97-3.94%, Br – 0.2-0.3%, Ca2+ – 0.04-0.18%
The salinity of the Dead Sea is 8 times higher than the salinity of the Atlantic Ocean, 7 times that of the Mediterranean and Red Seas, 14.5 times that of the Black Sea and 40 times that of the Baltic Sea. In human lymph and blood, the composition of macronutrients is similar to the content of the most important ions of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and bromine in Dead Sea salt.
