I'm super late posting today 🙈

It's been one of those days where I've not known whether I'm coming or going 😵‍💫
I also woke up with a cold 😷🤧 typical.

I'm at work today but will be finishing soon and my out of office will be on for a week. I'm looking forward to a break.

I forgot to share what the elves got up to on Wednesday night so here they are along with what they got up to last night.

Wednesday the tree tried eating them 🎄🤣 I wish it did lol.

Last night they played on Dakota's switch....she was not impressed as she wanted to play it today after school 😅

It’s grey, damp and miserable outside… which honestly feels like the universe committing to the theme of this week 😂 Definitely one of those weeks where coffee is a personality trait.

Office day for me today. We’ve got our staff Christmas bring-and-share lunch before a team meeting 🎄🥪
It’s also Secret Santa day… can’t wait to see whether I’ve been thoughtfully considered or aggressively guessed 🙈🎁

A colleague asked me to make a mug for her Secret Santa (she paid me in hot chocolate 😋 so obviously I said yes) – I’ll share that later.
My boss also asked me to make something really special for her daughters using dried flowers from a relative’s funeral ❤️ Emotional, meaningful… and definitely one to take my time with.

Somehow I also need to squeeze in a post office run today. Bold of me to assume there are enough hours in the day or enough patience in my body 🤣

Good afternoon and happy Wednesday 😊

It's been a busy morning with school run and working from home 🏡
I'm getting ready to log off and finish for the day shortly and my laptop decides it wants to do updates and restart....why couldn't it just wait until I was finished 🙄😅

It was rather foggy this morning and very cold 🥶 I've only just started to defrost and warm up! My feet and hands are still cold though.

Well I think the elves have maybe learnt their lesson after being tied up by the tooth fairy as last night they behaved themselves and had a game of connect 4!

Happy Tuesday… also known as Monday in a fake moustache 😂

Was slightly late to work this morning thanks to the buses doing whatever they fancied and me hobbling along like I’d lost a fight with a Lego brick. My toe is fully bandaged and VERY dramatic right now… good job I know a few podiatrists because this toe is acting like it pays rent 🤣🦶

Day job today and it’s another long one. Currently staring out of the office window watching planes take off and emotionally boarding every single one ✈️🌧️
If anyone needs me, I’ll be mentally on a beach with a cocktail.

Got a few bits to finish this evening and then it’s foot up, chilling hard — doctor’s orders (well… podiatrist, but same vibe) 😌

Anyway today I'm at the day job and then it's a chilled afternoon/evening before the mad rush of getting Dakota fed and to Beavers 😆
