At Wheeler and Kirk, we carry out comprehensive eye examinations checking the health of the eyes and assessing if there is a need for spectacles or contact lenses.

Did you know that whilst regular eye tests will pick up on any changes in your prescription and detect any potential eye health issues it’s your choice of lenses that can have a really dramatic impact on the clarity of your vision.

✅ Apply eyedrops everyday
✅ Take breaks from your computer
✅ Wear glasses instead of contact lenses
✅ Use a humidifier to stop the air from getting dry

We recently introduced a new, more detailed and precise eye test. We asked Reshma our practice manager to share her thoughts on the benefits this brings to our patients, here's what she said,

"The 0.01 diopter AVA sight tests performed by our highly skilled Opticians, together with the screening information from the DNEye scanner and the photographs from the Impressionist tower all come together to offer our patients the most accurate bespoke pair of spectacles. "
