It’s been almost a year since I started Hypo-Strong on .centre and it has been the most rewarding addition to my platform.
I saw the problem and I decided to jump in, to help my members who were scared to lift find a way to protect their bones🦴 whilst not jeopardising the symptom improvement they have had from Hypopressives..
Not only has that happened, members are reporting even more improvement in symptoms, and my Hypo-Strong classes are now my most popular. I can feel in myself that lifting brings more confidence in your body and a real sense of being proactive in aging… going to a hotel gym this half term was a moment for me, because I know I would not have done this a year ago!!
So here’s to finding ways to move forward, to trying new things and being surprised when they go even better than expected! 💛
