I am a passionate seeker, spiritual student, committed to expand my self and guide you in your personal journey of healing, releasing, accepting, awakening and blossoming. The healing journey is a journey of remembering, of awaking to our greatest Truth. I am Cinzia Cavedon, EFT practitioner and Spiritual Healing Coach. Guided to embrace my healing journey when I suddenly lost my mum at the age of 9; determined to feel better and heal the pain and curious to learn more and expand my experience in the holistic field, I began my professional journey by becoming a certified Energy Field Healer, then a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, Hatha Yoga Teacher and then Coach. I did train in EFT, Integrated Energy Techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy. I have a wealth of experience in helping people heal the root causes of their issues and get free from the pain. REPEAT: I am not my negative thoughts, I am the presence that observes.
When you allow yourself to observe yourself, and therefore create space between you and your thoughts, you become the conscious pilot of your car called mind.
You are able to observe your emotions and your body too.
And if you notice that there are negative thoughts that tear you down, devalue you, criticize you, sabotage, and that come from programs from the past, you have every opportunity to change them, if you want.
Deciding which thoughts to think means taking back your creative power.

So to activate that part of the brain that starts looking for evidence and proof to support your desire and GIVE to you what is important for you.

My self-confidence grows more and more every day.

Let’s remember that our goal isn’t perfection, but rather being more satisfied and happy in our lives.

Our self-confidence is a muscle that grows with the choices we make in this moment... what I decide to do, what I decide to think about myself.

Let’s slowly stay focused on the emotion we want to experience and give ourselves permission to FEEL IT NOW.

Face your resistance and breath them away

When we feel a resistance, like jugnment, inner critic wanting to stop change, resisting change, just notice it, say i see you, thanks for wanting to protect me, relax i am safe i will handle myself now…. And take a deep breath in and let it out.

Flush your fears out.

And come back to your inner wisdom, inner guidance wanting for you your best.

I choose to stay on track and clarity is on its way.
