SOMATIC DANCE CONVENTION 2026!

Hey suga dumplin's, can you believe, eye did it again!!

The Somatic Dance Convention 2026, your girl Spiritual Tiik was in the building with AMAZING practitioners serving the community, led by the visionary . Eye am so happy to have been a part of the second annual Somatic Dance Convention, where eye get to hold space and be present for those who wanna take a deep dive into their Somatic Sound Journey.

Just because we weren't dancing, doesn't meant the frequencies were not moving. That's what you get from a Somatic Sound Bath from Spiritual Tiik - a beginning, middle and end. To take you on a deep journey of healing from the inside, finding immense calm and balance, restoring that energy to get you ready to release even further when you stand on your feet.

Big thank you to the entire Somatic Dance Convention team, for all that they did behind the scenes. All of Dirish' volunteers and everyone involved in the entire second annual production.

HAPPY TUESDAY ‼️JOIN ME NEXT TUESDAY‼️ at .uk for my Live Tibetan Sound Bowl Meditation Class 7pm - 8pm on the 28 April.

This meditation class will create a deep relaxation allowing you to feel calm and have a clear mind.

The community of beautiful souls that come along to find their calm and pour back into themselves has been growing and it's amazing to see familiar faces return and new faces join too.

✨Please remember✨ to bring with you a yoga mat, something soft to rest your head on and a blanket to keep you warm. Doors will open at 6:50pm, please be on time so that we can begin class at 7pm prompt.

Beautiful souls it’s almost time to align with other amazing souls. It’s happening again - pure somatic release through dance and of course my Gong and sound bowls. This year eye am vibrating with my “mama gong” crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls with little tingsha on the side…

Eye am expecting an extraordinary day with phenomenal beings…come and get poured into.

HAPPY FRIDAY! Suga dumplings, if you didn't get a chance to tune in to last night's live, eye shared some exciting news!

The Somatic Dance Convention is BACK this month! The beautiful soul vision was brought to life last year as he curated this event which incorporates 20 years worth of his skills, craft and it returns on Sunday 19th April 2026, 12pm - 8pm!

He has requested several amazing practitioners to join him and eye am excited to announce that eye will be returning to facilitate a Tibetan Sound Bowl Meditation Class. Eye am looking forward to pouring into each and every vessel that joins us!
