Our family getaway to Cyprus took a surprising twist this week. A dense dust cloud has blanketed the island, drastically impacting air quality and forcing us to pause our outdoor plans. Shifting gears isn’t always easy, but moments like these help us refocus on what truly counts, protecting and cherishing our loved ones.

We’ve turned our attention inward, filling our days with board games, movies, and shared laughter. There’s still room for joy, even when we’re indoors. For other families navigating similar circumstances, remember: nurturing resilience in our children is one of the greatest lifelong gifts we can offer.

As we head into the Easter holidays, it feels lovely to be 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭:𝟭 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, a fulfilling season of supporting others on their health journeys.

🌼Mother’s Day🌼

Today: no guilt, no pressure, no feeling that I have to do all the things.

For me, it’s simply about quality time with my children, being silly, being loud, tickling, hugging, and laughing… even when they say, “Mum, stop embarrassing me!” 😄

A couple of hours out in lovely Ware, coffee at The Lab Coffee House, then brunch at PROTO Artisan Bakery.

A treat day, for me, is eating delicious, well-made food that feels good in my tummy and satisfies my mind too, followed by a little walk along the river 🌿

💠Simple really is enough.💠
