Sometimes healing doesn’t come through words.
It comes through presence. Stillness. Connection. 🐾
In these moments, it no longer matters who is giving and who is receiving.
Because without even realizing it, we begin to regulate each other — emotionally, energetically, deeply.
And maybe that’s what we’re missing the most:
real connection… where we can simply be.
