“When we release any stress, any resistance to what others do, we shift from trying to control, convince, or correct people, to choosing to accept them for who they are.
This doesn’t mean we stop caring. We simply stop trying to manage other people’s behaviour and start reclaiming our peace!
When we apply this idea to our relationships, we will notice a freedom and a strong increase of energy from within.
Because we choose to refrain from trying to fix everyone around us, or trying to control what is not ours to carry, but grow to allowing others - and eventually ourselves, to
BE WHO THEY ARE/WE ARE/I AM!
Can you feel the freedom this offers, and the enormous space it opens to express our own raw truth, solely by being present with everything that arises?!
Write it down without judgement, acknowledge it and simply FEEL it and the peace this brings!”
