This week I wanted to share some food highlights from a recent wonderful trip to Rome with my daughter Georgia.

Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and redo all my holidays without diet mentality.
For my former restricting self, the idea of pasta and ice cream would have filled me with anxiety and I would never have indulged as much as I would have wanted to! Thankfully now after years of eating mindfully I’ve learnt the value in nourishing my spirit as well as my body - and the joy it brings is incredible. Feed your soul, make those memories and enjoy!

1 in 5 medical schools don't provide any training on eating disorders at all.

Homemade Kaleido rolls🤯

My children have always loved food and they love to create these delicious, fun recipes, so I wanted to share with you all!

First make your stuffing, I used:
Cabbage
Red onion
Carrots
Coriander
Lettuce
Rice noodles
Sesame seeds
Chilli flakes
Peanut sauce

Mix it all up.
Place vietnamese rice paper in hot water for 5 seconds then take the paper out. Then pop your ingredients on the edge and roll it up!

The sauce is mixture of: sesame oil, organic peanut butter, soy sauce, agave and lime to taste!😍
