With the excitement of the holidays, combined with travel, visitors, schedule changes and a greater focus on material things, kids can sometimes find themselves overwhelmed and out of sorts.
Parents can encourage their children to enjoy some quiet focused time such as reading a book, practicing meditation or doing some yoga. Yoga has a special way of bringing our focus to our bodies and breath without necessarily trying. When this happens, even for a moment, calmness replaces our thinking minds and our stress 🧘♀️❤️
