Dry-eye January!
Why January causes more dry eyes?!
During the colder months, the tear film evaporates quicker due to the low humidity.
Cold winds can induce reflex tearing whilst drying the eye surface.

As we spend less time outdoors and more indoors typically on the screen. With concentration the blink decreases and thus causing further dry eyes.

⚽️ This weekend we attended a sports festival. Super proud of our daughters who were on the winning teams of both the netball & football games and on being awarded the MVP! 🏆

Whereas the only thing I was sporting were my Ruby coloured transition spectacles! ;)
