“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”
Last weekend we had the privilege of attending 100% Optical.
There were opportunities for an in-depth insight into the latest clinical approaches in areas like myopia management, glaucoma detection, and AI-driven diagnostics.
It was so lovely to connect with peers old and new, share insights, and celebrate our profession together. Here’s to learning, networking, and shaping the future of eye care! # EyeCareProfessionals

“Eye love you!”
Show your eyes some love this Valentine’s with foods that keep both your heart and eyes healthy
Eating foods rich in antioxidants (like berries, dark chocolate, or leafy greens) → good for both heart health and eye health. They work by fighting oxidative stress in the retina and lens, helping preserve clear vision as we age.
Don’t lose sight of what matters most this Valentine’s Day 💝👀

Dry-eye January!
Why January causes more dry eyes?!
During the colder months, the tear film evaporates quicker due to the low humidity.
Cold winds can induce reflex tearing whilst drying the eye surface.

As we spend less time outdoors and more indoors typically on the screen. With concentration the blink decreases and thus causing further dry eyes.
