3 ways to deal with the seasonal shed 😩

✅ vitamin D non-negotiable. If you live in the UK/or anywhere where UV index is low then you should be taking vitamin D ☀️
✅ calling all iron deficiency girlies, take your iron!! Even if your iron levels are ‘normal’ if you’re shedding it’s a good idea to keep ferritin between 60-80
✅ density + repair serum (my brand) - I formulated it with ingredients that reduce the shedding phase + increase the growth phase which = less shedding
❌ minoxidil CAN help with hair regrowth but I don’t recommend it unless you’ve been shedding for 6-months plus, because by the time your seasonal shedding has improved you’ll need start seeing shedding from minoxidil + will need to continue it for a long time
