I am hosting a Pregnancy Supper Club in Walthamstow in December. The perfect chance to meet other pregnant mamas locally. It will be a sociable evening of relaxation and good food! The menu has been tailored specifically to pregnant women and is jam packed with nutrition that will benefit your baby's brain development and nervous system. We also have non alcoholic sparkling wine on arrival as part of the menu and additionally a selection of non alcoholic wines available at the bar. Just a quick word from me and what birthmycub is about.
I am Hollie, the founder of birthmycub and hypnobirthing teacher. I live in Waltham Forest on the border of Walthamstow/Leyton and Hackney and am now running classes teaching hypnobirthing at Crate at St James St in Walthamstow.
I teach theyesmum hypnobirthing syllabus. The course aims to empower couples to feel prepared, so that they can feel confident they made decisions that were right for their baby and their birth, no matter what course it might take. It also uses deep relaxation techniques to help women feel calm and confident in pregnancy and birth. (Also great tools for life!!) I also run relaxation and journalling events with alovelylittleartroom and am hosting a pregnancy supper club in Walthamstow soon so keep your eyes peeled for more details!
