💫 Symbols allow to understand a concept, or a message through a drawing, shape or a scribble. 💫

In 1993, Prince, the most gifted musician of our time, decided to change his name to “the Love Symbol” but, just using the Symbol. He said turning 35 made him want to be reborn. Some would argue he was in fight with his label, and the new identity was creating some pretty complex moments for his promotion… he was so talented and smart.

What I see also is the power of a symbol, how with just seeing the “Love Symbol” everyone knew who he was.

This is one reason why I love Tarot, is full of symbols that we collectively understand.

Let get your mind wonder when you see a symbol and try to understand how you feel!!

🌟 Embracing and Expressing Emotions in an Overwhelming World🌟

In today’s fast-paced environment, working with our emotions has become more important than ever. There’s a growing interest in introspection and understanding ourselves—thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns… All that Jazz you hear about on Social Media and TV shows… well, it s here for a reason : This journey is crucial in the era filled with over-simulation and fear.

Let s also be honest : The pandemic has intensified our emotions! While some found the time to reconnect with family and themselves during lockdown, others have faced traumatic moments. Reality is, We’re seeing increased anxiety levels, particularly among children, demand for therapy has skyrocketed, and I hear testimonies of people still struggling in crowds.

Many individuals have developed coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety. A friend told me about an article about how isolation during lockdown led to excessive media consumption, disrupting our “brain” balance due to over exposure to screens. The brain is looking for its next dopamine shoot. Even if we weren’t all traumatized, the impacts of these experiences are undeniable.

Personally, I felt relatively okay during that period but I now notice that references to lockdown in movies or shows can trigger tears or deep sadness. This highlights the emotions that need addressing. And do I do after… I find myself scrolling through screens as a coping mechanism when overwhelmed, emphasizing the necessity for safe spaces where we can share our feelings and experiences.

That’s why I’m committed to creating workshops and spaces dedicated to emotional release, and connection. It’s vital to have opportunities for open dialogue about our feelings, especially in these challenging times. Let’s come together to support one another in this journey! 💬❤️

💫 My Personal Journey with Tarot 💫

I decided to explore Tarot as a new hobby, intrigued by its ability to help understand the world around us. Influenced by a dear friend, I was excited to dive in and discover what this practice had to offer.

As I began my journey, I immersed myself in studying and gathering information. What I encountered was a blend of beautiful moments and some disturbing revelations. The readings have been the occasion to live engaging authentic moment with people.

For me, Tarot is not about predicting the future; it’s a powerful tool for guidance. When faced with doubts or difficult choices, I use it to engage in a dialogue with my subconscious. It helps me navigate resistance and explore messages I might overlook.

I don’t claim to be a fortune teller, but I map out possibilities that may be hidden from view. My journey with Tarot has been transformative, and I’m excited to continue exploring its depths! 🌿✨

🌟 Embracing the Journey of Healing 🌟

It has been quite a journey for me, one that began with a quest to understand and navigate my anxiety. For years, I struggled to express my feelings whilst I would very much go through the emotions ! I often felt overwhelmed and was focused on the past, the reason, the rationale: only the mind…This led me to explore alternative therapies, seeking ways to address the underlying issues. It was very insightful and beneficial

About 3 years ago, I discovered the profound connection between our bodies and stored emotions. I finally fully integrated body work into my practice. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about letting go throw the bodies that hold onto experiences and emotions.

If you’re on a similar path, remember that understanding and nurturing your body is just as important as mental exploration.

Celebrating Samhain today. I woke up emotional and wrote for myself this morning a little pep talk… wanted to share out

Today, I unite with nature, transcending borders, cultures, and continents in celebration. From Toussaints, all Saints to the festivities of Diwali, Halloween, and the Day of the Dead, I recognize the significance of this day, whether we are aware of it or not. It’s a moment for deep reflection on our beliefs, as this day has been honored across various cultures and countries for a long time.

This particular period, nestled between the solstice and the equinox, has seen diverse cultures celebrating both light and darkness. It’s a time when rituals and ceremonies emerge, allowing people to come together. Some would even say “it’s a time when the veil between worlds is thiner” While Halloween may have commercialized aspects, its roots are deeply embedded in higher cultural meanings and traditions.

As the day unfolds, I’ll take time to honor what is greater than ourselves and celebrate our planet. I plan to light a candle in the spirit of Diwali, share some spooky fun with friends, and remember those who have passed on. I will celebrate all the souls, both here and beyond.
