To many service users attending tea and a chat gives them the opportunity and a safe space for them to try out new things. This space enables them to open up about their mental health struggles and share experiences with others over tea .

Nothing says offloading like a Friday afternoon filled with laughter as we sit in a group drinking tea and making crafts.
