The South london crematorium and Streatham Park Cemetery staff cordially invite you to their annual Christmas memorial service on Friday, December 5th at 4 p.m. in our St. George's Chapel. 🎄 We will have tags that can be written and placed on our Christmas tree, and the letters to heaven postbox is also available for your messages. 🕊️ We are pleased to offer the opportunity to include a photo of your loved one in our photo tribute. Please send your photo of your loved one to natalie.thackray@dignityuk.co.uk by Monday, December 1st if you would like it to be included. Refreshments will be provided after the service. ☕

Such a beautiful sentiment x

One evening, Pooh and Piglet were sitting together under the quiet sky.

“Sometimes,” Pooh said softly, “the ones we love go somewhere our paws can’t reach.”

Piglet looked up, his eyes full of wonder. “Do you think they can still hear us, Pooh?”

Pooh held his balloon a little tighter and nodded. “I think love doesn’t stop at clouds or stars. It just keeps going, floating quietly like this balloon, carrying our words all the way up.”

Piglet’s voice grew small. “I miss them.”

Pooh gave a gentle smile. “Then tell them, Piglet. The moon listens for hearts like ours. Maybe that’s why it shines—so they can send a little bit of light back down, to remind us we’re not alone.”

So the two friends sat together beneath the vast, whispering sky, thinking of someone they missed deeply—but loving them just the same.
