Irresistible chocolate Soufflé
Ingredients
175 g milk chocolate
1/2 cup of white sauce/2tbsp double cream
4 egg yolk
5 egg white
45 g granulated sugar
1 tbsp cream of tar tar or 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
Butter and some sugar for ramekins.
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate then add the white sauce or 2tbsp double cream and mix wel
2. Add egg yolk then fold in well.
3. Whisk the egg white until fluffy then add the sugar. Fold in slowly into the chocolate mixture.
4. Pour into a greased and sugared ramekin then bake at 170C for 15 minutes.
Enjoy with you favourite sauce or cream.
