Is there an Aesthetics Hierarchy? Have you experienced it? Has it been positive or negative for you?

I’ve had both experiences, and been treated so well in some situations and not so well in others. But I would be interested to hear what you think the hierarchy looks like (you don’t have to agree with it to share by the way). Where do non medics sit? Who’s at the top of the medical food chain?
