By blending psychology and business acumen, she provides inspiring and transformational experiences to help audiences and participants integrate and expand their emotional, personal and professional lives. Claudia creates immersive experiences that take individuals out of the mundane and into a moment of pause, presence and positive reflection. Her gentle and inspirational approach, awakens the connections we seek to live fulfilled and balanced lives. She engages by honoring who people already are, honoring their beliefs, values, and strengths in hopes of helping individuals to channel their innate gifts into living inspiration. Claudia holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in multicultural training. She served on Faculty at Phillips Graduate University and National University. She is a certified yoga and meditation, Reiki, and Ho’Oponopono practitioner, and continues to practice private counselling online while travelling around the world with her husband and daughter.

I’ve been thinking a lot about resistance and the way in which it creeps up on us when we are taken out of the comforting rhythm of life in ease. In therapy we talk a lot about staying with emotion long enough to be informed by it, so we can use it as knowledge to move through life’s lessons. But it never escapes me that this requires staying in the body with all of the energy of resistance veiled by fear of uncertainty. I work with clients to help them stay in their bodies and connect to the multidimensional reality of feelings, thoughts and the all of autonomic functions simultaneously occurring in our bodies so they can relearn to trust their internal universe as a perfect school of mind, body and spirit joining in the journey of life. And yet our instinct is to resist this natural process. It’s happening in me, in you, in us one way or another. And as such we can check in to that resistance that creeps up in us as a reminder to reopen the heart and trust life to play its song and rebirth every next moment, one moment at a time.
