Which is better - drinking hydrogenated water or inhaling hydrogen?

Did you know that just one hour of inhalation from the SUHAKU HHO generator (“my mother” model) is equivalent to drinking 5400 litres of hydrogenated water?

The main difference between drinking hydrogenated water and inhaling hydrogen lies in the amount of hydrogen that is taken in, and the speed of absorption into the cells of your body.

​ Hydrogen inhalation allows molecular hydrogen to be absorbed directly into the body through the lungs, enabling a larger amount of hydrogen to reach the entire body in a much shorter time compared to drinking hydrogenated water.
