Pancake day in a gluten-free household hits different when you’re a functional nutritionist.
I have 3 non-negotiable breakfast rules and they don’t take a day off. Not even today.
1. Savoury. Sweet spikes, savoury sustains. 2. Protein-dense. Feed your brain enough and it won’t come begging for snacks an hour later. 3. Gluten free. Obviously.
