Part-Time CQC Registered Manager (10 Hours Weekly, Growing to Full-Time)

Caresify UK is an ambitious domiciliary care provider committed to delivering discreet, high-quality, person-centred care. We are seeking a CQC Registered Manager to join us on a part-time basis (10 hours per week initially), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as our client base expands.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the safe and compliant delivery of domiciliary care services.
• Ensure adherence to all CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
• Recruit, train, and support care staff as the team grows.
• Complete audits, care planning, and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with the directors to shape and develop the service.
Requirements
✔ Must be CQC-registered (or eligible to register).
✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults) – or working towards.
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care.
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
