✨​The research tracked participants over three months and found that while simple relaxation offered immediate stress relief, only the meditation group showed sustained improvement in resilience (the ability to recover from adversity).

✨​The positive effects weren't just psychological—they were linked to measurable changes in the brain. Meditation practice strengthens the connection between two key areas: the rostral anterior cingulate cortex (rACC) and the dorsomedial prefrontal cortex (dmPFC).
