Own all the experiences that life offers you.
Not just the pretty ones that look good online…
but also the choices you regret,
the relationships you stayed in too long,
the moments you abandoned yourself to keep the peace.
Owning your experiences doesn’t mean saying they were “okay”.
It means:

🤍 It impacted me
🤍 And I still get to choose who I am now
When we don’t own our story, it owns us:
🌀 in the body as tension + shame
🌀 in the subconscious as “I’m not enough”
🌀 in the lineage as repeating patterns
When we do own it with compassion,
our experiences become wisdom instead of a life sentence.

Transitional Tools — Tool # 7: Clear • Seal • Invite
A 3-minute threshold ritual to discharge old charge, seal your field, and welcome a new quality you can actually live today.
Clear: shake 30s → hum/long exhale ×3 → sweep top→down.
Say: “I release ___.”
Seal: self-hug, soften jaw, imagine a light “zip.”
“My energy is sealed and safe.”
Invite: choose one word (Calm/Truth/Courage/Tenderness/Trust/Receiving).
Inhale it in → take one tiny action (2–10 min) to match it.
Low-energy version: hum + self-hug + one word.

Transitional Tools — Tool 6 (Sunny Day Edition): Resource Bank ☀️
Good days regulate the nervous system — if we store them for later.
Body cue: what tells you you’re safe? (easy breath , warm chest, soft shoulders)
Snapshot: name 3 details (light, sound, scent)
Anchor: thumb+index press 10s + long exhale + say “I’m safe to feel good.”
Deposit note: “Deposit — [place] | cue: ____ | phrase: I’m safe to feel good.”
Next wobble → recreate the anchor.

Transitional Tools — #4: Story Scan
When your mind spirals (“I ruined everything / it’s too late”), try this 60-second reset:
Spot it: “The story in my head is ______.”
Source it: “Whose voice is this—mine, parent, boss, culture?”
Fact vs. fear: One fact that’s true now vs. one fear that’s a prediction.
Safer story: “Another truth is ______.” (kind, believable)
Tiny action (2–10 min): water, one email, one honest message, 10-min walk, phone off.
If your intensity is 8–10, do Tool 1 (Outside–In) first, then come back.
This doesn’t fix your whole life, it gives your nervous system a story it can live with today.
Drop the sentence your mind repeats—I’ll reflect a kinder “another truth is…” back to you.

Transitional Tools — Tool 3: Sacred Unknown Check-In 🕯️
A 2–5 minute ritual for the days when life is in-between and nothing is clear.
How to:
Set the field: breath, hand on heart, whisper “this moment is sacred.”
Ask the question: If this transition is sacred, what quality is my soul asking me to grow now? Choose one word (Courage, Trust, Rest, Boundaries, Self-worth, Receiving, Devotion, Tenderness…).
Let the body answer: where does it land? What would make that place feel 1% safer?
Micro-vow + tiny action: “Today I will grow [word] by ____.” Keep it small.
Close: “Thank you.” Seal it. Blow out the candle.
If you feel numb, start outside-in: name 3 things you see, feel one contact point, ask “add or remove?” — one tiny adjustment counts.
This doesn’t fix your whole life.
It makes space for your true life to arrive.

Transitional Tools – Tool 2 🧰
For when you feel “off” or emotional but can’t even name it
It’s really common to feel:
“I’m emotional,
but I don’t know if I’m sad, angry, anxious or just losing it.”
When you’re in transition,
lots of feelings stack together.
Trying to “figure it out” with your mind
can make it worse.
Tool 2 is a soft way to make contact:
1️⃣ Pick one simple word
From this list, choose just one:
sad / angry / scared / ashamed / lonely / numb
Say: “I feel ___ right now.”
It’s not about being perfect,
it’s about having a first bridge to yourself.
2️⃣ Check the intensity
On a scale 1–10, how strong is it?
under 4 = background
4–7 = a wave
8–10 = big, go slowly and be extra kind
3️⃣ Ask the feeling a question
“What are you trying to protect right now?”
You might hear:
“I’m protecting you from rejection.”
“I’m protecting you from burning out again.”
“I’m protecting you from hoping too much.”
The point isn’t to fix it instantly.
It’s to move from “I’m overwhelmed”
to
“I’m in a relationship with my inner world.”
This is the emotional front
of the transitional work we’re doing here –
next to the somatic, spiritual, mental and cosmic fronts.

ransitional Tools – Tool #1.
For when you can’t “connect to yourself” and feel numb or blank
Not everyone can drop into their body or feelings on command.
Sometimes you feel nothing, or like you’re not even “there”.
When going straight inside feels impossible,
start outside:
👁️ 1. Look around and name 3 things you can see
🦶 2. Feel one point of contact – your feet, your back, your hands
❓ 3. Ask: “Would it support me more to add something or remove something right now?”
Add = blanket, water, music, light, gentle movement
Remove = noise, your phone, one demand, one tab, one chat
That tiny choice is already self-connection.
It’s you saying: “I matter enough to adjust my environment for me.”

If time feels too fast and life makes no sense…
you’re not failing at being human.
We’re in a collective identity crisis.
The old ways we defined ourselves and coped –
work, roles, money, busyness, numbing –
are no longer enough to hold us.
Many people feel lost, apathetic, depressed,
disconnected from their lives, their relationships,
even from their own bodies.
This isn’t just a “mindset issue”.
It’s a deep invitation into human evolution.
We need new forms of support that are:
✧ metaphysical & spiritual
✧ emotional (the kind of work I love, like Karla McLaren’s depth)
✧ mental & nervous system aware
✧ physical & body-based

Your body always knows when something isn’t safe –
even when your mind calls it “security.”
After this Ta**us Full Moon, I’m noticing the places where I still trade my truth for comfort.
Where I stay in dynamics, habits, or material “safety nets” that actually keep my body tight, my desire shut down, and my power dimmed.
Real safety isn’t in stuff or control.
Real safety is in my values, my nervous system, my boundaries, my yes / no.
This month’s transformation has been about:
✨ trusting my body over old programming
✨ letting my sexuality be sacred, not shameful
✨ meeting my shadow with honesty instead of judgment
✨ choosing health, pleasure, and peace over performance
I’m allowed to change my mind.
I’m allowed to walk away from what my body no longer feels safe in.
I’m allowed to build a life that matches my values, not my fears.
