Legends don’t fade… they ignite something in you that never goes out 🕊️🔥

I still remember the first time I watched The Way of the Dragon 📹 seeing Chuck Norris go toe-to-toe with Bruce Lee. That moment changed everything for me. It wasn’t just a movie fight - it was power, and discipline in its purest form. I fell even more in love with martial arts 🥋 and decided I wanted to become just like them 💯

Some people don’t just entertain you - they shape you. They give you purpose without ever meeting you. And that kind of impact? That lives forever 💫

Now I picture them both 🥊 training again somewhere beyond us. Pushing each other. Smiling. Legends recognizing legends ✨

Legends never die. They live in every drop of sweat, every rep, every time you choose not to quit. I’m sad that he’s gone - but I’m more grateful that he was here 🙏🔥

Keep fighting. Keep training. Carry the spirit forward in honour of a true legend 🐉🥋👊

In a couple of weeks I’m heading out to Thailand to train, sharpen my skills, and learn even more from the home of Muay Thai 🇹🇭🔥

Soon after I come back… I’m hitting the road for my 2026 UK TOUR 🇬🇧 Travelling across the country giving FREE Muay Thai classes at some amazing vegan festivals 🌱

That means I’ll be bringing back more knowledge, new techniques, and real experience from Thailand to share with you all 💪
