So today marks my last day working with Puregym Park Royal 💚

It’s been just over two incredible years - years of growth, learning, and unforgettable memories.

This gym is where Trainer Benny Green was originally built and transformed into what it’s become today, and I couldn’t be prouder of this journey 🙌

I’ve had the privilege of meeting some amazing people, training clients who’ve pushed beyond their limits, and have made me incredibly proud 💪

I’m deeply grateful for every moment, every lesson, and every person who’s been part of this chapter. A massive thank you to all the trainers who supported me from day one 🙏 your encouragement never went unnoticed .90 .evolutionary_fitness + too many more to tag! 😅

Now it’s time for the next chapter 👉 Get fighting fit again, step into online coaching, more events, more festivals, and bring the Muay Thai smoke everywhere I go 🥊🔥
