We finally made it to Puglia after talking about it for years, and it does not disappoint. Food is amazing. 😋

We are starting our Pop workshop tonight.

There’s still time to join us. From 7:30pm. @

We’ve got a Pops and Whips series lined up for you, starting next Wednesday and running for 8 weeks!

Please note: These sessions are not suitable for absolute beginners. We recommend that participants have completed at least 5 acroyoga L-basing sessions beforehand.

These sessions are designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge to deepen your practice and refine your skills in the following areas:

Pops, Icarians, Whips, Whipops, Dynamic Entrances, Handstand, Standing & Hand to Hand.

These classes are designed for all levels, however, to ensure a more efficient and enriching experience, they do recommend meeting the prerequisites for the workshops.
